- Return Conditions
Eligible Returns: If you find that the product is defective or not as you ordered within 30 days of receiving the product, you can apply for a return. We recommend that you contact us as soon as possible.
Unused Products: Products must be returned in unused condition and in the original packaging. - Return Process
Notify Us: Please contact our Customer Service Team by email (holidaygiftshop@biopotlet.com) to explain the reason for the return and provide your order number and relevant information.
Obtain Return Authorization: After you request a return, we will provide a return authorization and relevant instructions.
Return the Product: Ship the product to the specified address according to our instructions. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless we sent the wrong product or the product is defective. - Refunds
Processing Time: Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it is eligible for return, we will process your refund within 14 business days. The refund will be made to your original payment method.
Refund Amount: We will refund the price you paid for the product, but excluding the shipping costs you paid, unless the item is defective. - Exceptions
